Marie Francis, age 88, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015. She was born March 19, 1927 in Holiday, Texas to George Harrison Farrar and Ola Belle (Collins) Farrar. Marie is preceded in death by her parents, Husband James Francis Sr., in 1984, and her sister Rubye Leach; left to cherish her memory are daughters Connie Edwards and husband Tony of Azle, Donna Bruce and husband John of Creede, Colorado; son James Francis Jr. and wife Rocio of Midwest City, Oklahoma; grandchildren Timothy Francis, Rick Bruce and wife Dena, Kellie Bruce, Gary Bruce; four great grandsons; nephews Jack Leach and Jerry Murray and niece Sue Leach. A Funeral Service will be held at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, Monday, December 14, 2015 at 10:00 am; Pastor Don Smith officiating; internment at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens immediately following.
